Inserting a shared content block

When you insert a shared content block into a document, Namo WebEditor creates an instance of the shared content at the location of the insertion point and “connects” it to the shared content block file. You can delete a shared content instance, but you cannot edit it. To modify a shared content instance, you must edit the source file; all other instances of the shared content block will change as well.

In Edit mode, a shared content block inserted into a document is shown with a dashed blue outline around it.
