Number of items
The number of items currently in the Auto Correct list appears at the top of the dialog box.
Add button
Click to add an item to the Auto Correct list.
Modify button
Click to modify the selected item.
Remove button
Click to remove the selected item from the Auto Correct list.
Options
Enable auto correct
Select this check box to enable Auto Correct.
Beep when correcting
Select this check box to be notified with a beeping sound when an auto correction is performed.
Prompt when correcting
If you enabled the Comment check box and entered a message in the text box in the Auto Correct Information dialog box for a certain item in the list, selecting this check box will cause the Confirm Auto Correct dialog box to be displayed before auto correction is performed for that particular word. If you deselect this check box, no confirmation dialog box will appear.
Comment
Displays the message that will appear in the Confirm Auto Correct dialog box for the selected item.
You can undo an auto correction by pressing Ctrl+Z.
