Make Table of Contents dialog box
Custom Toolbar > Document Outline > Shortcut Menu – Make Table of Contents
(Customize dialog box > Commands tab > View > Document Outline)
Lets you create a table of contents for the current document and insert it at the top of the document.
Create hyperlinks to the contents
If this option is selected, each item in the TOC will link to the corresponding heading in the document if there is a bookmark on the heading. To have Namo WebEditor automatically create bookmarks on each heading that doesn’t already have one, select Insert bookmarks when making hyperlinks in addition to this option.
Insert bookmarks when making hyperlinks
If this option and Create hyperlinks to the contents are both selected, Namo WebEditor will automatically create bookmarks on the headers in the document so that the TOC items can link to them.
Indent
Specify the number of spaces to insert in front of TOC items that refer to second-level headings (<h2> elements). Items that refer to third-level headings will be indented with twice the specified number of spaces, items that refer to fourth-level headings will be indented with three times the number of spaces, etc.
