Quick Insert dialog box

Quick Insert provides a quick way to insert long, frequently-used phrases, sentences, or paragraphs without having to retype them each time. You can enter a single word even a single character, then type Ctrl+= to instantly replace the shortcut with the actual text. To add a Quick Insert item including font or paragraph styles, you should save the item as a HTML file.
Quick Insert list
The list box shows the current Quick Insert items. The Shortcut column shows the shortcut word or character used to insert the item. The Text or file column shows the full text or the path and filename of the file that will be inserted.
Add button
Adds a new shortcut. Click the Add button to open the Add Quick Insert dialog box.
Edit button
Select a Quick Insert item and click the Edit button to modify the selected Quick Insert item in the Edit Quick Insert dialog box.
Remove button
Deletes selected Quick Insert items. You will be prompted whether you really want to delete the items.
Insert button
Inserts the selected Quick Insert item into the current document at the current cursor location. This is the same as typing the item’s shortcut in the Edit window and pressing Ctrl+=.
Close button
Closes the Quick Insert dialog box.
