Linked style sheets
Lists all the style sheets that apply to the current document, including its internal style sheet and any external style sheets that have been linked to the document. (The internal style sheet is represented by the entry “<style></style>”.) Select a style sheet to preview its content. The buttons below this list box act on the selected style sheet.
Edit Contents 
Opens the selected style sheet in Notepad. This button is disabled if the internal style sheet is selected.
Add External File 
Links an external style sheet to the document. Click the button and select a style sheet (.css) file in the Open dialog box.
Remove 
Unlinks the selected external style sheet from the document.
Down 
Moves the selected style sheet lower in the document’s source code. This increases its priority.
Up 
Moves the selected style sheet higher in the document’s source code. This reduces its priority.
Preview
Shows a preview of the selected style sheet.
