Inserting an image from the current site
If you are working with a local siteA managed collection of documents, folders, and resource files on the local file system that you intend to publish as a Web site. and need to insert an image that is already in use anywhere in the site, you can select it from a list of site images instead of having to specify the image location explicitly. This can save time when you frequently reuse images in the same site.
To insert an image from the current site
- Place the insertion point where you want to insert the image.
- Do one of the following:
- On the Insert menu, go to Image, and then click Image.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+I.
- Click the
(Site) button to the right of the Image path box.
- Select the desired image and click OK.
- Click OK again.
