Specifying one or two border colors for selected cells
To specify a single border color for one or more cells
- Select the desired cells.
- On the Layout menu, go to Border, click the triangle under Border and then click Cell Borders.
- In the Border Settings dialog box, click the Color box and select a color.
To specify light and dark border colors for one or more cells
- Select the desired cells.
- Right-click one of the cells and click Cell Properties.
- Under Borders, click the Light border box and select a color. Then, click the Dark border box and select a color.
Light and dark border colors are only supported by Internet Explorer.
To reset a border color for one or more cells
- Select the desired cells.
- Right-click one of the cells and click Cell Properties.
- Under Borders, click one of the color boxes and, on the Color Palette, click Default.
