Document > Properties > Document Properties – Tracing Image Settings tab
Specifies settings for a tracing image.
Tracing image path
Specifies the path to a local image file to be used as a tracing image. Enter a path directly or click 
(Browse) to select an image file or click 
(Clip Art) to select a clip art image.
Transparency
Specifies the amount of transparency of the tracing image.
Offset
Specifies the offset of the tracing image from the top left corner of the document, in pixels. Negative values are allowed.
