Resizing a layer
The layer title bar (the blue bar just above a layer when the layer is selected or contains the insertion point) shows the current size of the layer.
To specify an exact size for a layer

If you hold down the Shift key while dragging a layer resize handle, the layer’s size units will change from pixels to percentages or from percentages to pixels.
You can specify any width for a layer, but you cannot set its height so small that all of its contents would not fit vertically. Even if you enter the height value in the Layer Properties dialog box or in HTML mode, Namo WebEditor will automatically readjust the height to fit the layer’s contents vertically. If you resize a layer by dragging its resize handles, Namo WebEditor will not allow the bottom boundary of the layer to be moved above the bottom of the layer’s contents.
