Customize Quick Access Toolbar button > More Commands – Commands tab

Lets you add, delete, or edit toolbars.

Categories

The list box lists the available categories of buttons. Click a category to display the buttons in that category.

Commands

The selection box shows the buttons in the selected category. Click a button to see a brief description of the button’s function in Comment.

  • To add a button to a toolbar, drag in from the button selection box to the desired location in the toolbar.
  • To remove a button from a toolbar, drag it out of the toolbar.
  • To change the position of a button on a toolbar, drag it to the new location.
  • To create a divider between two buttons on a toolbar, drag the button on the right a few pixels to the right. To remove a divider, drag the button on the right side of the divider a few pixels to the left.

Comment

Shows a brief description of the selected button’s function.
