Resource File Handling dialog box
(appears when saving a document that contains newly inserted images or other resource files)
This dialog box prompts you to decide what to do with images and other resource files that you have inserted into the current document, before you save it.
Copy the files to the document folder
Copies all resource files to the document’s folder and modifies their URLs accordingly.
Maintain existing URLs to the original file locations
No resource files will be copied. The original URLs to the existing files will be maintained, even if some of them are absolute URLs.
Use relative URLs to the original file locations
No resource files will be copied, but each URL will be converted to a relative URL (as long as the file is on the same drive).
Copy the files to another folder or choose action for each file
If you select this option, then the Resource File Manager dialog box will appear when you click OK, allowing you to specify a location and URL type for each resource file independently.
