For the window name, you should only use the English alphabet, digits and underscores(_). It is good for the name to begin with a letter of the alphabet.

For example, the user may specify that ‘new.html’(pop-up window) shows up on ‘index.html’, and the website URL is ‘http://www.namo.com’. In this case, if the full URL of ‘index.html’ is ‘http://www.namo.com/index.html’, then enter ‘/’ in the Home URL. If the full URL of ‘index.html’ is ‘http://www.namo.com/bbs/index.html’, then enter ‘/bbs’ in the Home URL.
The Cookie inserted by the Pop-up Window Cookie dialog box will be kept in the visitor’s computer for one day. With this Cookie, you can allow the visiter to close down the pop-up window for one day.
You can see whether the Cookie works well after you publish the relevant documents to the web server.
