Insert > Text > Script > Script Wizard Effect – Transitions - Wipe effect

Select the target area for this effect

Specify where to apply the wipe effect.

No wipe effect

Disables the wipe effect and removes the script from the document source.

Entire window

Applies the wipe effect to the entire window.

Layer

Applies the wipe effect to the layer that is selected from the drop-down menu. (This option will be unavailable if the document does not contain at least one layer.)

Wipe effect type

Select the desired type of wipe effect. A preview will be displayed on the right.

Puzzle

Clears the window or layer by randomly removing rectangular sectors that cover the whole area.

Venetian blinds

Clears the window or layer as if opening a horizontal blind.

Vertical blinds

Clears the window or layer as if opening a vertical blind.

Edge to center

Clears the window or layer by removing a cover inward, starting from the boundaries.

Center to edge

Clears the window or layer by removing a cover outward, starting from the center.

Vertical shutter

Clears the window or layer horizontally, starting from the center and advancing to both sides, as if opening a curtain.

Horizontal shutter

Clears the window or layer vertically, starting from the center and advancing to both top and bottom edges.

Wipe color

Select the color that covers the window before starting the wipe effect.

Preview

Shows a preview of the wipe effect.
