Media Wizard dialog box
Insert > Multimedia > Insert Media > Media Wizard
You can insert MPEG video files (*.mpeg), QuickTime movies (*.mov), RealMedia files, (*.ra), and other assorted media files into a document.
Step 1 : Select media file
Specifies the path of the media file to be inserted into the document. If you click Browse , you can select a file from the hard disk drive.
Step 2 : Select player
Automatically selects the appropriate media player for the specified media file.
Windows Media Player
This player supports MPEG’s (*.mpeg), MP3(‘s *.mp3), WMA’s (*.wma), AVI’s (*.avi), ASF’s (*.asf), and WM’s (*.wm). Windows Media Player will play most media files, except for MOV’s (*.mov), RAM’s (*.ram), RA’s (*.ra), RM’s (*.rm), RMX’s (*.rmx), RMJ’s (*.rmj), and RMS’s (*.rms)
Quick Time
This player supports MOV(*.mov) media files.
Real Player
This player supports RAM’s (*.ram), RA’s (*.ra), RM’s (*.rm), RMX’s (*.rmx), RMJ’s(*.rmj), and RMS’s (*.rms).

Depending on the player, different properties dialog boxes appear.
- For Windows Media Player, Windows Media Player dialog box appears.
- For QuickTime, QuickTime dialog box appears.
- For Real Player, Real Player dialog box appears.
