Creates a new, empty site or converts an existing collection of Web documents into a local siteA managed collection of documents, folders, and resource files on the local file system that you intend to publish as a Web site..

Site information

Site title

Enter a title for the new local site.

Author

Enter the author’s name. This information only appears in Namo WebEditor.

Site origin

Determines whether to create an empty site or to convert an existing set of files.

Create empty site

Creates an empty site in the folder specified in the Create in folder box.

Import existing files in a folder

Converts the set of files in the folder specified in the Existing folder box into a local site. Click the Namo Web Editor button import from web Create New Site dialog box (Import from Web) button to open the Import Web Site dialog box so you can import files from an existing Web site into the specified folder.

Create site tree using these file types

Determines what types of files to create nodes for in the new site’s site treeThe explicitly defined logical structure (hierarchy) of a site, on which dynamic navigation bars are based..

  • Documents: Namo WebEditor will create a node for each Web document in the folder (recommended).
  • Image files: Namo WebEditor will create a node for each image file in the folder.
  • All files: Namo WebEditor will create a node for every file in the folder.
